Ingredients
1poundsirloin steak or flank steak(sliced into ½ inch strips)
1largeonion(thinly sliced)
3bell peppers(thinly sliced)
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonstaco seasoning
1lime(cut into wedges)
Tortillas(warmed, for serving)
Salsa(for serving)
Cilantro leaves(for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Arrange the sliced steak in the center of the baking sheet, place the sliced onions on one side and bell peppers on the other. Drizzle olive oil over everything and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Toss to coat evenly. Place lime wedges on the pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and steak is browned. Adjust cooking time for preferred steak doneness.
