Whip up a vibrant and flavorful dinner with minimal cleanup using this easy sheet pan steak fajitas recipe. Tender sirloin steak and colorful bell peppers are roasted to perfection with zesty taco seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak or flank steak (sliced into ½ inch strips)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 bell peppers (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)
  • Tortillas (warmed, for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)
  • Cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Arrange the sliced steak in the center of the baking sheet, place the sliced onions on one side and bell peppers on the other. Drizzle olive oil over everything and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Toss to coat evenly. Place lime wedges on the pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and steak is browned. Adjust cooking time for preferred steak doneness.
  • Once cooked, squeeze the roasted lime wedges over the steak and vegetables. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, salsa, and fresh cilantro leaves.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak in a little lime juice and a pinch of extra taco seasoning for 15-30 minutes before roasting.
