These sheet pan steak fajitas are a quick and easy weeknight meal. Simply toss everything on a sheet pan and bake!

  • 1 to 1 1/2 skirt steak (sliced in 1/4 inch strips across the grain)
  • 1 green pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (sliced)
  • 1 yellow pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (halved and sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper

Serving Ingredients

  • flour tortillas
  • fresh lime
  • cilantro
  • your choice of toppings
