A quick and flavorful meal featuring tender flank steak roasted with colorful vegetables on a single sheet pan.
Ingredients
Meat

lb
flank steak
Vegetables
2
cups
broccoli florets
1
piece
bell pepper, sliced
1
cup
cherry tomatoes
Seasonings & Oils
2
tablespoons
olive oil
2
teaspoons
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
paprika
to taste
salt and pepper
Garnish
optional
fresh parsley
(for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Combine vegetables with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the seasonings. Toss and spread on one side of a sheet pan.
Rub steak with remaining olive oil and seasonings. Place on the other side of the sheet pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until steak reaches desired doneness and veggies are tender.
Rest steak for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with roasted vegetables. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Adjust seasoning and cooking time to your preference.
