A quick and flavorful dinner featuring sausage and colorful vegetables roasted to perfection in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini sliced zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Combine sausage and vegetables in a bowl, then toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Spread mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until browned and tender.
  • Remove from oven and serve immediately.
