Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced

Other

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine sausage and vegetables in a bowl, then toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Spread mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until browned and tender.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired, then serve warm.
