A quick and flavorful sheet pan meal combining sausage with colorful vegetables, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound sausage (italian or your choice)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup red onion (sliced)

Other

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine chopped sausage and sliced vegetables in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  • Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until sausage is cooked and veggies are tender.
