Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips

Vegetables

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced yellow onion

Seasonings & Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Tortillas & Toppings

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas tortillas
  • optional sour cream, salsa, avocado, cilantro (optional toppings)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Spread mixture on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
