  • 1 large bell pepper (any color, sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 lime lime juice (juiced)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss chicken, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, fajita seasoning, and lime juice in a bowl.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings and warm tortillas.

Notes
