Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

Vegetables

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion, sliced red onion

Seasonings & Oil

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For Serving

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Combine chicken, peppers, and onion; toss with oil and seasonings.
