A quick and delicious dessert combining blueberries, biscuits, and a sweet buttery topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Biscuit

  • 24.8 ounces sweet blueberry biscuits
  • 0.75 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup light brown sugar

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Place biscuits in the dish, splitting the last to fit. Pour heavy cream over biscuits and sprinkle blueberries on top.
  • Mix melted butter and brown sugar, then pour over the biscuits. Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Notes

This dessert is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
