Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan and line with parchment.
Whisk yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, and cayenne. Mix in flour and 5 oz. cheddar cheese. Add green onions and combine.
Cook pasta until tender, drain, and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. Mix melted butter, pasta, and water into batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan, top with remaining cheese and cayenne. Bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
Serve hot or warm, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for best flavor. Serve immediately for optimal texture.
