Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the top off the garlic head. Mix chicken with oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Toss vegetables with seasoning.
Arrange chicken, vegetables, and garlic in a roasting pan. Roast for 35-45 minutes until cooked and tender.
