Fresh strawberries filled with creamy cheesecake, topped with blueberries, and optionally garnished with red sanding sugar for a festive treat.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries. Carefully slice off the tops to create a flat base, allowing the strawberries to stand upright.
  • Using a small paring knife or strawberry huller, hollow out the center of each strawberry to create room for the filling.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling each one generously.
  • Top each filled strawberry with a single blueberry as the finishing touch.
  • If desired, sprinkle red sanding sugar around the base of the strawberries for added color and flair.
  • Arrange the strawberries on a serving platter and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh and firm strawberries. You can substitute red sanding sugar with colored sprinkles or omit it entirely.
