A festive and easy-to-make dessert featuring white chocolate and freeze-dried fruits in patriotic colors.

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula (about 1/4 inch thick).
  • Sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries or cherries evenly over one-third of the bark for the red section.
  • Sprinkle the freeze-dried blueberries evenly over another third of the bark for the blue section.
  • Leave the middle section plain white or decorate it with optional red and blue sprinkles, if desired.
  • Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to ensure they adhere.
  • Let the bark cool and set completely at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to harden.
  • Once fully set, break the bark into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can substitute freeze-dried fruits with other dried fruits or nuts for a different flavor profile.
