These colorful fruit kabobs are a fun and healthy treat perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

cup
strawberries
(hulled and halved)

cup
blueberries
1
cup
marshmallows
1
cup
banana slices
1
tbsp
lemon juice
wooden skewers
Instructions
In a small bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Take a wooden skewer and thread one strawberry half onto it.
Next, add a marshmallow onto the skewer after the strawberry.
Follow the marshmallow with a few blueberries.
Add another marshmallow and finish with a banana slice.
Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients, creating several kabobs.
Arrange the finished kabobs on a platter and serve immediately.
