These colorful fruit kabobs are a fun and healthy treat perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • wooden skewers

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Take a wooden skewer and thread one strawberry half onto it.
  • Next, add a marshmallow onto the skewer after the strawberry.
  • Follow the marshmallow with a few blueberries.
  • Add another marshmallow and finish with a banana slice.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients, creating several kabobs.
  • Arrange the finished kabobs on a platter and serve immediately.
