Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for kneading)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water (around 110-115F)

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add olive oil and water. Mix until a shaggy ball forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let rise for 15 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick.
  • Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake at 450F for 10-12 minutes.
