Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef with 1 teaspoon oil and half the salt, garlic, onion powder, and paprika until browned, 5-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add 1 teaspoon oil and potatoes to the same pan, season with remaining salt and spices, cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Add water, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender, 15-20 minutes. Add more water if sticking occurs.
Return beef to pan, stir in mustard, Worcestershire, and ketchup. Add more water if needed. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes until melted.
Notes
For a quicker meal, skip preheating the oven and serve directly from the stovetop.
