A simple and flavorful sheet pan dinner featuring tender chicken breasts and crispy potatoes topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken and potatoes in the mixture.
  • Arrange chicken and potatoes on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked and tender. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
