A flavorful and creamy butter chicken recipe that comes together quickly for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

Dairy

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Spices

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.

Notes

You can adjust the spice level by adding more chili powder.
