Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet, sauté onions until translucent.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute. Add chicken and brown.
Stir in crushed tomatoes and spices, simmer 15-20 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream, cook 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
