Delicious and easy-to-make Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a perfect fall treat. These no-bake dessert balls combine the flavors of pumpkin and Oreo cookies, coated in white chocolate.

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • baking sheet
  • microwave
  • parchment paper
  • refrigerator

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Remove the chilled pumpkin balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and then return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed nuts before the chocolate sets.
  • Once all the balls are coated, refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a different flavor, try using dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
