Delicious and easy-to-make Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a perfect fall treat. These no-bake dessert balls combine the flavors of pumpkin and Oreo cookies, coated in white chocolate.
In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Remove the chilled pumpkin balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and then return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed nuts before the chocolate sets.
Once all the balls are coated, refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a different flavor, try using dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
