Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup cup milk
  • 2 large eggs eggs

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  • Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet, alternating with milk.
  • Pour batter into dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
