A delicious and healthy homemade snack bar packed with oats, nuts, dried fruits, and optional chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

rolled oats

chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)

cup
dark chocolate chips (optional)
Wet ingredients
1/2
cup
almond butter
1/4
cup
honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract

tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine almond butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Mix wet into dry ingredients until well combined.
Press mixture into the baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool, cut into bars, and store.
Notes
Press firmly to ensure bars hold together.
