These festive Oreo balls are a delicious treat perfect for any patriotic celebration. Easy to make and fun to decorate!
Ingredients
1
package
Oreo cookies
(approximately 36 cookies)
8
oz
cream cheese
(softened)
1
cup
white chocolate chips
1
cup
red candy melts
1
cup
blue candy melts
Sprinkles
(red, white, and blue)
Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
While the Oreo balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off, and then return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the red and blue candy melts in separate bowls, also using the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the white chocolate-covered Oreo balls, creating a patriotic design.
Sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles on top while the candy melts are still wet.
Allow the Oreo balls to set at room temperature or place them back in the refrigerator until the coating hardens.

For a fun variation, try using different colored candy melts for other holidays.
