Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Cook sausage in olive oil until browned, then add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper; simmer 5-7 minutes.
Combine pasta with sauce, layer in a casserole dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake 25 minutes until golden.
Notes
Let the baked pasta rest for 15 minutes before serving for best results.
