Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place the Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed into crumbs.
  • Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a large mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese.
  • Mix the crumbs and cream cheese together until fully combined, forming a smooth dough-like mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely, and place it back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Let the chocolate coating set by refrigerating the Oreo balls for another 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate is hardened.
  • Once fully set, serve the Oreo balls or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

Notes

You can use white chocolate or dark chocolate as an alternative coating. Add sprinkles or crushed Oreos on top for decoration.
