Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Dairy

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Vegetables & Herbs

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Wraps

  • 4 large tortillas

Garnish

  • fresh parsley, chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Divide mixture onto tortillas, spreading in the center.
  • Fold sides and roll up tightly to form wraps.
  • Cook wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of red pepper flakes or your favorite herbs.
