Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, then remove.
In the same skillet, cook onion until softened, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add broth, tomatoes, cream, and stir. Add pasta, spices, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 12-15 minutes.
Stir in sausage and Parmesan until combined. Garnish with parsley and serve.
