Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 diced onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 green bell pepper green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large pot until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced green bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Serve hot.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk or more cheese before serving.
