Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large pot until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced green bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Serve hot.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk or more cheese before serving.
