A delicious and easy one-pot pasta dish featuring tender steak, creamy garlic butter sauce, and a spicy kick. Perfect for a quick and satisfying weeknight meal!

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye) (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz rotini pasta (or any short pasta)
  • 2.5 cups water or broth (–3 cups)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish (optional))

Instructions 

  • Sear steak pieces in butter until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in butter until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and simmer.
  • Stir in parmesan until melted.
  • Add pasta and water/broth. Simmer until pasta is al dente.
  • Return steak to skillet and stir to coat.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley and parmesan if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spiciness. For a richer flavor, use bone broth instead of water.
