A quick and delicious one-pot pasta dish infused with garlic and creamy goodness, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add pasta, broth, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan; cook for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley before serving.
