A quick and flavorful one-pot meal combining beef, pasta, and taco seasonings for a satisfying dinner in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients

ground beef

onion, diced

taco seasoning

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.
Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth; bring to a boil.
Add pasta, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese until melted, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with cilantro if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce or jalapeƱos.
