Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (skin-side down)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley
  • for serving lemon wedges

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, melted butter, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet, season, and drizzle with sauce.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
