Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add honey, paprika, salt, and pepper; stir well.
Sear chicken 5 minutes per side, then remove.
Stir rice into skillet, add broth, then return chicken on top.
Cover and cook 20-25 minutes until rice is tender; garnish with parsley.
