A quick and flavorful one-pan dish combining tender chicken, rice, and sweet honey BBQ sauce for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until softened, then add bell peppers and cook briefly.
Add rice, chicken broth, and BBQ sauce; stir to combine. Return chicken to the skillet.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked.
Fluff rice, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve.
Notes
Use skinless chicken for a healthier option and adjust seasoning to taste.
