A hearty and easy one-pan meal combining ground beef, potatoes, and flavorful seasonings for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Vegetables

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Liquids & Seasonings

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until softened (~3-4 min).
  • Add ground beef; cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in potatoes, broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 25-30 min until potatoes are tender.
  • Uncover, stir, and cook until liquid reduces. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add chopped vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
