A simple and flavorful one-pan meal combining tender chicken thighs with crispy potatoes, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

Vegetables

  • 4 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)

Seasonings & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and Pepper

Garnish

  • optional fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
