A hearty and comforting skillet dish combining seasoned ground beef, tender potatoes, and melted cheese for a quick family dinner.

Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender, adding water and covering if needed.
Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in soup and milk, and simmer for 3–5 minutes until creamy.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, cover, and let sit for 2–3 minutes until melted.
Garnish with parsley or chives and serve directly from the skillet.
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean ground turkey or plant-based meat.
