Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets

Sauces & Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Oils

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Grains & Vegetables

  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 piece carrot, julienned
  • 1 piece avocado, sliced

Garnishes

  • to taste sesame seeds for garnish
  • to taste chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook salmon 4-5 minutes per side, then pour glaze over and cook 1 more minute.
  • Layer rice, broccoli, and carrots in a bowl, top with salmon, avocado, and garnish.
