  • 2 cups San Marzano Pasta Sauce (or any good tomato sauce)
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese (essentials for texture)
  • 2 large Eggs (beaten lightly)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (or fresh garlic for more flavor)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder (optional for a milder taste)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (reserve half for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (for the filling’s depth)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (or dried herbs)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (or dried herbs)

Instructions
