Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Bread

Vegetables

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Sauce & Garnish

Instructions 

  • Mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side, then rest and slice into strips.
  • Warm pita breads, then assemble gyros with chicken, vegetables, and tzatziki. Garnish with parsley.
