Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients together using your hands until well combined, but be careful not to overmix.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into an elongated oval or cylindrical shape to form the koftas.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.

Remove the koftas from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
