Ingredients
For the Dough
2.5cupsall-purpose flour
1tspsugar
1tspsalt
1tbspolive oil
2.25tspinstant yeast
0.75cupwarm water
For the Toppings
0.5cuptomato pizza sauce
1.5cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
beef pepperoni slices(or preferred toppings)
1tbspolive oil(for brushing)
Fresh basil(optional)

Instructions
Prepare the Dough: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for 8-10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place pizza stone inside while preheating, if available.
Roll Out the Dough: Punch down the dough and roll it out into a 10-12 inch circle. Transfer to a baking tray.
Add Sauce & Toppings: Spread tomato sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella. Add pepperoni or your favorite toppings.
Bake the Pizza: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
