A comforting and creamy casserole combining tender chicken, rice, vegetables, and cheese, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients

cooked chicken, shredded

cooked rice
1
can (10.5 oz)
cream of chicken soup

sour cream
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese

frozen mixed vegetables

milk

teaspoon
garlic powder

onion powder
to taste
salt and pepper

crushed crackers (optional for topping)

tablespoons
melted butter (optional for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix chicken, rice, soup, sour cream, cheese, vegetables, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish.
If using, top with crushed crackers mixed with melted butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
You can add extra vegetables or cheese for more flavor.
