Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and set aside.
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked. Meanwhile, heat heavy cream and pesto, then toss with pasta and Parmesan.
Serve chicken with pesto pasta and roasted potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
