Instructions
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
Stir the sauce into cooked noodles, then add green onions and spinach; cook 1-2 minutes.
Top with sliced boiled egg and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
