Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • sesame seeds for garnish sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil; cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve beef over rice, topped with broccoli and green onions. Garnish with sesame seeds.
