Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 large almond flour tortillas or low-carb wraps

Instructions 

  • Cook onions and peppers in olive oil until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add sliced steak, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  • Mix in shredded provolone cheese until melted.
