Main Ingredients
1.25lbsskirt steak (see notes for other cut options)
to taste(about 1 tsp kosher salt per pound steak)
1-2tablespoonsavocado oil (can sub olive oil)
2bell peppers (sliced, use assorted colors)
1smallred onion (sliced)
8-10(6-inch)tortillas

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300° F. Warm tortillas in foil for 10-15 minutes.
Tenderize steak, season generously with salt.
Combine spices, reserve 1 teaspoon for vegetables, rub remaining on steak.
Marinate steak with oil, lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, brown sugar, and cinnamon for 25-30 minutes.
Sear steak in hot skillet for 3 minutes per side.
Rest steak before slicing.
Sauté peppers and onions with reserved seasoning for 5-7 minutes.
Slice steak thinly, return to skillet with vegetables, toss to combine.
Serve with warm tortillas and desired toppings.
Notes
