  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
